Experience first-class service and complete peace of mind with our indoor high and dry boat storage program. Our team handles the work for you—we'll launch, retrieve, fuel, and securely store your boat, so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your time on the water.
This exclusive service is available only to permanent residents of the Emerald Pointe community. To qualify for long-term indoor boat storage, you must be a full-time Emerald Pointe resident. Verification of residency is required upon check-in.

LOOKING TO DO IT YOUR SELF BUT WANT SAFETY AND SECURITY?
Located just up the road from Branson Bay Marina, Heartland Storage – Clevenger Cove offers secure nightly and long-term parking for boats, trailers, and vehicles, as well as traditional self-storage units. The facility features secure fencing, automated gate access, nighttime lighting, and security cameras, providing a safe and convenient storage solution just minutes from Table Rock Lake.
This amenity is available to Emerald Pointe residents and community guests, including those staying in short-term rental properties. Guests storing their boats at Clevenger Cove have the added convenience of self-launching directly from the Branson Bay Marina boat ramp.
For maximum flexibility, Emerald Pointe residents and guests enjoy 24-hour access to the facility through a private gated entrance, making it easy to access your boat or belongings whenever you're ready to enjoy the lake.
